Who we are
Maidstone Gutter Cleaners is a gutter cleaning and maintenance service operating across Maidstone and mid-Kent. Our website is maidstoneguttercleaners.co.uk.

What we collect and why
Enquiry form submissions
When you use our contact / quote request form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your postcode
- A contact method — phone number and/or email address (at least one required)
- Service requested and any additional message you include
- Technical metadata: approximate country, browser type (to detect spam)
Why: To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — you have requested the information and we need it to reply.
We do not share this information with third parties. We do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 collects anonymised usage data — pages visited, time on site, general location (country/region level), and device type. It does not collect personally identifiable information from us.
Why: To improve the site and understand which pages are most useful. The lawful basis is legitimate interests.

How long we keep your data
Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After that period they are deleted from our database. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
