Gutter specialists — not generalists
Maidstone Gutter Cleaners is a dedicated gutter cleaning company. We don't offer general cleaning, pressure washing, or window cleaning as sidelines. Gutters are what we know, and knowing gutters properly means we do the job better.
We use professional vacuum extraction equipment with telescopic poles — the same method used by housing associations and commercial property managers. Debris is extracted and bagged, not washed down walls or blown into gardens. In most cases we work safely from the ground, which is faster and leaves no marks on your property.
Every job includes a visual inspection of the gutter run. If we spot cracked sections, failing joints, or brackets pulling away, we tell you — with photos. If everything is fine, we say that too. We have no interest in recommending work that isn't needed.
We cover Maidstone and all of mid-Kent within roughly 20 miles, working Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Landlords and letting agents are welcome — we offer multi-property pricing and flexible scheduling.

How We Work
Free Quote
Contact us with your property type and postcode. We'll give you a clear price — no surprises, no minimum charges buried in the small print.
Appointment
We work Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm. We'll agree a time that suits you. Many customers book annual repeat visits.
Vacuum Extraction
We set up our equipment and clear the full gutter run using professional vacuum extraction. Debris is bagged and removed from site.
Report & Photos
After every job we send you before-and-after photos plus a brief condition report. If any repairs are needed, we quote separately.
